For 4 people
500 gr. cod (we must remove the salt from it)
2 boiled eggs
10 wild asparagus
1 teaspoonful of paprika
Cut the cod into small pieces (but do not remove its skin). Fry them in a frying-pan with a bit of olive oil.
When they are browned, put them on a paper wrapped dish so that they can drain their oil. Peel the oranges and cut them into slices. Pith accurately.
Set aside once it´s on a dish.
Wash the asparagus and cut them throughout their length. Brown them in the same frying-pan where you´ve fried the cod before.
Cut the eggs in 4 slices each.
Add a big squirt of olive oil in a bowl, a small squirt of vinegar, paprika and a pinch of salt. stir it properly.
Now it´s the salad´s turn. Place the pieces of cod all around a serving dish as in a circle. Put the orange slices in the center and add the esparagus and eggs on the top of it. Finally, season it.
