Definition: Olive oil with a superior quality. It´s only made of olives and only by mechanical means. 
It´s the olive juice which is extracted from the first cold pressed of olives in order to get its body characteristics, fruit taste and green colour with golden glints. Its a De luxe seasoning for cooking both hot dishes and eating it raw it highlights all tastes. 
It´s very nourushing and healthy.
