High quality organic olive oil from first cold pressing. Direct extraction by purely mechanical means from sun-ripened organic olives results in an oil with a balanced fruity taste.

Definition: Organic olive oil of the superior category, obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical means.

-Living in: the mountains of Enguera, Mariola, Serra Grossa and
Cañada', cultivated at 300 to 850 metres above sea level in loamy soils with a high clay content.

-Harvesting takes place in the first two weeks of October.
-Mediterranean climate with variations in temperature. Gentle winters and
dry summers.
-Operates on the same day of harvest by means of continuous system in the following areas
two phases in cold 25º and centrifugation.
Maximum acidity: <0.4º.
Varieties: Arbequina (30%) Sweet fruity, Picual (35%) Green fruity, Red (35%) Bitter fruity.
