General terms of use
Using this virtual shop, registering as an user and/or ordering, presuppose the acceptance of these Terms of Use.
People who are under the age of 18, won´t be able to buy in our vitual shop.
Applicable legislation and apropriate jurisdiction.
These general terms will be understood according to the prevailing legislation in Spain in the matter. And it will be applied subsidiarily in everything which has not been forseen in them (ley 34/2002...)
1. Prices
The prices of the products in our web are in EUROS and the delivery costs are incluided –they aren´t included if the delivery is out of Spain- and they are only valid here in our virtual shop. Deliveries to Balear Island will have a 3€ added fare and those to Canary Islands will have a 30€ added fare.
Special offer products
Every product on sales in this website will show both prices –the one with its usual price and the one with the sales price. These offers will be available until the sales date expires, unless there are still stocks. Then, we will clearly indicate in an accurate way the offer in each product.
2. Payment Terms
Once you have ordered, you will be able to choose among several ways to pay your purchase: payment in Euros, banker´s order or Paypal.
3. Dispatches and Lead Time
Orders will be sent by express delivery.
Orders will be delivered in 24 hours if it´s in Spain or 3 /4 days if it´s in the rest of Europe. We won´t send anything to post-office box nor box number addresses. Delivery costs are included in our virtual shop prices (not included when they´re out of Spain)
4. Warranty Terms, Refunds and Changes
If any refund is needed or any incident occurs when delivery, you´ve got 24 hours to inform us about it by e-mail (info@quieronaranjas.com). Thus, we´ll change the product without obligation nor extra expenses.
Our customer service or department has an after sales service in order to solve any problem with our products or deliveries, and by means of it we try to offer a quick and efficient attention and care to our customers.
5. Clash/Problem solving
These terms of use must be understood and are governed by the in force Spanish legislation. Any dispute that could be derived from these terms will be settled and taken to court in Valencia, Spain. However, this won´t impede Quiero NARANJAS to have a right to solve any litigation in another proper Spanish administrative area.
If you give Quiero NARANJAS an order for something, it will be understood that you accept as a customer all these legal terms.
